As soon as we arrived at Stykkishólmur, we looked for a restaurant and we found this pearl! In front of the harbor, beautiful boutique place with amazingly delicious local food (fish)! Here the website: https://sjavarpakkhusid.is/en/home-english/

Wolffish for the parents and mussels for the son.
Awesome chocolate mousse!

This was today’s ride. We started at 10:00am and arrived at the hotel at 20:00h. Beautiful ride with lots of sightseeing spots.

Tonight we spent the night at the Hotel Franziskus in Stykkishólmur. It was a hospital and it was transformed into a hotel. The small fishing village is small and cozy. Here the website of the hotel: https://fransiskus.is

This is how midnight in Iceland in July looks like. 🙂
