Day 5: Colorful Abyss Pool, endless Yellowstone Lake and massive Grand Teton

This is the last day of our roadtrip and we have still some ground to drive until we see everything in our list! We entered the park through the a west Entrance and drove to the south of the 8 to visit Abyss Pool, our last stop in Yellowstone, before we continue south to Grand Teton National Park
