Hello everyone! We just had a complicated night, dad and mom are awake since 01:30am and I am away since 03:30am… jet leg hit us hart this time. Today, we have done so much, such as explore Bath, Stonehenge, and Windsor castle!! We took a 1 day tour and this is our itinerary.

First we went to Windsor Castle. Here some facts from ChatGPT:
Windsor Castle, located in Berkshire, England, is the world’s oldest and largest inhabited castle, serving as an official residence of the British monarch. Originally built by William the Conqueror in the 11th century, it has been expanded and renovated over the centuries. The castle covers 13 acres and includes St. George’s Chapel, the burial site of Queen Elizabeth II and other royals. It survived the English Civil War and a major fire in 1992. The castle is a key royal residence, hosting state events and ceremonies, and remains a popular tourist attraction, symbolizing British monarchy and heritage.

It is not allowed to take picture of the interior of the Castle. BTW: the interior is kept in pristine condition and the history/decoration/artifacts are jaw dropping. See here an official video in YouTube where you can see some of the several rooms.

Now let’s head to Stonehenge. Here some key facts from ChatGPT:
Stonehenge is a prehistoric monument in England, built between 3000 and 2000 BCE. It consists of massive standing stones arranged in a circular layout, with some capped by horizontal lintels. Its exact purpose remains uncertain, but theories suggest it was used for religious ceremonies, astronomical observations, or burials. The stones, some transported from Wales, weigh up to 25 tons. It aligns with the summer and winter solstices, indicating possible astronomical significance. Built in multiple phases over centuries, its construction remains a mystery. Today, Stonehenge is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the world’s most famous ancient landmarks.

Now let’s let ChatGPT tells us about Bath:
The city of Bath, England, is famous for its ancient Roman-built baths and Georgian architecture. Founded by the Romans around 60 CE as Aquae Sulis, it became a major spa town due to its natural hot springs. The Roman Baths remain a key attraction, alongside Bath Abbey and the Royal Crescent. The city flourished during the Georgian era (18th century), gaining elegant neoclassical buildings. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, known for its cultural heritage and literary connections, including Jane Austen. Today, Bath is a popular tourist destination, blending history, architecture, and a vibrant cultural scene.
