As soon we arrived in London, we went to the hotel and tried to check in early but the room was not available. So we went to a tour in a very vibrant neighborhood where Amy Winehouse used to perform, Camden!
My dad found a walking tour through Camden and it was a great source of information. Here the link.
“Camden, in north London, is a lively district known for its alternative culture, music scene, and iconic market. Camden Market, one of the city’s biggest tourist attractions, offers diverse street food, vintage fashion, and unique crafts. The area has a rich musical history, with venues like the Roundhouse and Electric Ballroom hosting legendary performances. Camden Lock, along the Regent’s Canal, provides scenic waterside views. The neighborhood has a rebellious, creative spirit, attracting artists, musicians, and subcultures. Famous for its punk and goth influences, Camden remains a hotspot for nightlife, live music, and an eclectic mix of people and styles.” ChatGPT.

Camden has a beautiful Canal full of Street art.

I have the feeling mom can talk to the animals.

Finally we went to the restaurant that mom found in internet. A sophisticated Asian Restaurant called Tattu. Website: click here.

After dinner, we decided to walk around SoHo. Here a great walking guide.

“Soho is a vibrant and historic district in central London, known for its eclectic mix of entertainment, nightlife, dining, and culture. It sits within the City of Westminster and is bordered by Oxford Street to the north, Regent Street to the west, Leicester Square to the south, and Charing Cross Road to the east.” By ChatGPT.

There are endless pubs in SoHo from the 1800s and even 1700. There are so many people on the streets here and all pubs are full of people having fun!! It was great to see and feel it!
And now it is 23:00h, let me go back to the hotel and rest. Tomorrow we will visit more places.
