Day 15: Broadway and good food!!!!!!!!
Hello! Today we are exploring New York Midtown and Central Park! See you later!
After some great breakfast, we decided to explore some of NYC!!!!Look! Times Square!Some hidden churches in the middle of the busy city!One more nice church here!The Football Club Championship is going on New York this week. Here you can see the Bus for the players from Chelsea. Hundreds of fans are waiting here to take pictures with the players. Look! Some Louis Vuitton tower! how crazy to pack a building in construction like that! Something only possible in New York and at the 5th Avenue!This tower became very famous, lines of people to get in and take pictures.Here we are, at the Southeast corner of the enormous Central Park. Ready to explore!We arrived in Central Park!We decided to explore The Ramble, an area inside the Central Park which is known for an own formed ecosystem with many animals.A cardinal. 🥰
Many many many squirrels!Here we are, Central Park!So many people exercise here. Either running, jogging, cycling, etc. as you can see, there are even lanes for the sportsmen and traffic lights, so busy it is!After walking in the Central Park, we decided to have lunch at the Cafe Sabarsky, an Austrian Cafe and Restaurant inside a nice Art Gallery next to the Central Park. The Gallery is called Neue Galerie New York!Very nice place!Very nice cafe! The cakes are first class!The Metropolitan Museum!The little prince!Some New York iconic things on this picture: Skyscraper and steamy street manholes!Then, Rockefeller Plaza!The Atlas in front of the Rockefeller center!New York Public Library.After going to the hotel, we went to broadway to see Moulin Rouge the musical! Great show, by the way!!!!Thanks to the crew!!!!!!
It was spectacular!!!Three happy faces!!!Bye Moulin Rouge!Us eating food at a wonderful Mediterranean restaurant, Kitchen46!!! Outstanding!!! Here the link. Everything prepared to perfection! We had the Octopus&Chorizo and the molten chocolate cake with home made ice cream… perfection!Bye restaurant!
